About the role
The Customer Service Coordinator is the first contact of the customer with the service center. Make sure that the customer is well received and directed to the proper service
• Meet and greet service customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner
• Communicate with the service advisors to forward the customer
• Identify the customers who have an appointment from those who don’t to identify the priorities
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company’s values in all interactions with customers and service staff
