PE Director
About our client: Top Chinese PE fund
Responsibilities:
1. Source, evaluate and execute private equity investments in TMT, AI and Healthcare.
2. Lead end-to-end deal lifecycle: origination, due diligence, valuation, negotiation, closing and post-investment value creation.
3. Manage portfolio companies, monitor performance and design exit strategies.
4. Lead, mentor and develop the investment team, set team targets and drive investment pipeline.
5. Build and maintain industry networks with founders, corporates and intermediaries.
Requirements
1. 10+ years of PE/VC investment experience with proven track record in TMT, AI and Healthcare.
2. Solid experience leading investment teams.
3. Strong financial modelling, due diligence and deal negotiation skills.
4. Established industry network across target sectors.
5. Master’s degree or above; CFA/CPA preferred.
