About the role
Why this role matters
The People Partner will ensure the successful delivery of our people plans, this includes people development interventions, change / transformation projects and cyclical people activity.
Putting our colleagues first, the role holder will work with the Senior People Partners to help design, implement and embed a wide variety of people change initiatives and cyclical activity (such as talent reviews, bonus and pay review, peak recruitment), creating a great colleague & line manager experience.
Hybrid: London SSC and Home.
What I am accountable for
Work with relevant stakeholders and People Centres of Expertise to design, implement and help embed the cyclical activity within the people plan, creating a great colleague & line manager experience.
Consulting and communicating with a variety of stakeholders to gain insight and buy in into cyclical processes.
Working with your peer group to maximise the effectiveness and efficiency of the wider team in delivery of people plans.
Owning and effectively planning cyclical talent and reward activity.
Successful delivery of people plan activity within agreed timescales
Working closely with the Senior People Partner to support the delivery of the wider People Plan and business transformation projects as required.
