About the role
Your mission

We keep growing. As a People Operations Coordinator (all genders), you play an important role in our HR administration. You make sure that HR-related documents, systems, and processes are reliably maintained and that our employees and managers receive good support. You work closely with various People & Culture interfaces. If you enjoy working in a team and driving administrative HR processes forward reliably, we look forward to getting to know you.
Your Responsibilities
- You bring your careful way of working to the creation of employment contracts, certificates, and confirmations
- You reliably maintain the relevant systems for administering our benefits
- You keep employee profiles in our HR information system Personio detailed and up to date
- You handle the onboarding and offboarding of our employees in a structured and conscientious way
- You independently take care of the People team's mail and ensure that documents are forwarded within the team and filed properly
- You represent your colleagues on the People Operations team during their absences
Your profile
- You have successfully completed a commercial, tax, or legal vocational training
- Diligence, attention to detail, and a reliable way of working set you apart
- Your quick comprehension helps you get up to speed quickly on new topics and processes
- You have very good German skills at C2 level and good English skills at B2 level.
- You are very confident using MS Office
- A specialization or further training in HR, as well as knowledge of an HRIS, is an advantage
