About the role
TRIA is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our Bloomington rehabilitation team in a unique role that offers a 50/50 split between general outpatient orthopedics and the TRIA Neck and Back Strengthening Program. Come join us as a Partner for Good and help make an impact on the care and experience our patients and their families receive every day.
Position Summary:
This position offers the opportunity to build a diverse outpatient orthopedic practice while developing specialized expertise in the treatment of patients with neck and back pain.
Half of your caseload will consist of general outpatient orthopedic patients, using a variety of physical therapy techniques to help individuals restore function, improve independence and participation, and reduce pain. The other half will be dedicated to the TRIA Neck and Back Strengthening Program, providing individualized care for adolescent through geriatric patients experiencing spinal pain.
Our Neck and Back Strengthening Program takes a unique approach to spine care, partnering with patients to develop personalized physical therapy programs with a specific focus on improving spinal fitness, strength, and overall function. The program emphasizes teamwork, clinical expertise, efficiency, and achieving meaningful patient outcomes.
Whether you are an experienced orthopedic clinician or looking to expand your expertise in spine rehabilitation, we provide the support to help you succeed. Orthopedic experience is preferred but not required, and clinicians joining the Neck and Back Strengthening Program receive a comprehensive four-week in-house training program to develop the skills necessary to confidently care for patients with neck and back pain.
If you are looking for a position that combines the variety of outpatient orthopedics with the opportunity to develop specialized expertise in spine rehabilitation, while working alongside an engaged team of physicians, PTs, and PTAs committed to collaboration and mentorship, we encourage you to apply.
