About the role
Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Planning / Project Controls Engineers to manage project schedules, monitor progress, identify delays, and support project teams with planning and recovery strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
Monitor project progress against planned targets.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
Identify schedule delays and critical activities.
Develop recovery plans and monitor corrective actions.
Coordinate with project managers and site teams.
Monitor project milestones and resource requirements.
Requirements
8–12+ years of relevant experience.
Strong experience in construction project planning and controls.
Expertise in scheduling, progress monitoring, and recovery planning.
Knowledge of project planning software such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
