What Will Make You Successful
You don't need to have taken the traditional path to becoming a Plant Manager.
You may be an engineer who discovered that you're equally passionate about leading people and improving operations. You may be an Operations Manager ready for full plant responsibility. Or you may already be leading a manufacturing facility and want an environment where your technical background can make a bigger impact.
What matters most is your ability to understand the process, lead the people, solve problems, and improve the operation.
