The Power Sales Operations Specialist plays a critical role in accelerating Annual Recurring revenue (ARR) growth for our Power product line. This position will partner closely with sales to optimize sales processes, analyze pricing strategies and ensure accurate quoting and deal execution. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and thrives on using data to drive business growth.WHAT YOU'LL DO
- ARR Growth Support: Partner with sales to identify ARR growth opportunities in unique customer accounts.
- Pricing Analysis: Analyze pricing data for unique customer accounts and identify margin opportunities for growth.
- Quote Accuracy: Assist sales with product pricing validation and discounts on quotes.
- Other Duties as assigned by manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related role
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Preferred Skills: Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
