We are looking to hire a Principal Lead Software Engineer to be responsible for one or more of our cloud-based/on-prem products.
Responsibilities include:
Working in a team with developers, QA engineers and coordinating with internal cross-functional teams of the Product; mentoring other developers, ensuring they follow coding standards, quality assurance principles and agile methods; lead team wide technical discussions or troubleshooting sessions including code reviews; have a proven track record of delivering on larger product related changes, following through successfully from idea/conception through architecture, development and deployment; committed to constant growth of knowledge and skills through a combination of company and self-driven work.
The key objective of the role is to provide a quality product to our customers.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Design and implement the most complex Angular components, modules, and features within the product, taking full end-to-end ownership from design review through to production release
Produce well-structured, maintainable, and thoroughly tested frontend code that serves as a quality benchmark for the team
Contribute substantively to frontend architectural discussions- proposing, evaluating, and challenging design options with well-reasoned technical arguments, while the final architectural direction is owned by the Lead
Identify architectural risks in proposed frontend designs early, and drive resolution through well-reasoned alternatives before implementation begins
Build and own the most complex Kendo Grid / Kendo UI implementations, including advanced data handling, custom renderers, and performance-optimized grid configurations
Design and implement reusable, well-documented UI component libraries and shared Angular modules that set the standard for how components are built across the application
Build and maintain full application screens, navigation flows, dialogs, and complex form interactions, taking ownership of the most demanding UI development tasks
Translate UI/UX wireframes and design specifications into pixel-accurate, accessible, and performant Angular components; proactively identify design issues before implementation begins
Implement and enforce consistent look, feel, and theming across the Accurate web client using CSS, component-level styling, and shared UI design patterns
Consume and integrate REST APIs into Angular applications with expert-level handling of authentication tokens, interceptors, error states, and complex data transformation
Own frontend security across the web client- including XSS and CSRF protection, secure token and session handling, and role-based UI rendering — applying a security-first design mindset
Drive Angular framework upgrade cycles, leading the technical implementation and ensuring minimal disruption to the application and the team
Apply advanced RxJS patterns to manage complex asynchronous data streams, event-driven interactions, and state across the application
Conduct focused, technically authoritative code reviews for peers, raising the quality bar through constructive and actionable feedback
Work within the CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins, ensuring frontend contributions are built, tested, and integrated consistently and automatically
Share knowledge actively within the team through documentation, design discussions, and ad-hoc technical guidance to Sr. engineers
Engage fully in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
Takes initiative in identifying frontend technical risks and blockers early, communicating them clearly and proposing solutions before they impact sprint delivery
Consistently delivers well-tested, production-ready frontend features within sprint timelines, adapting to changing priorities without compromising on quality or user experience
