* Prior experience working within C&S civil structural consultancies.
* Clear technical communication skills for senior external stakeholder management.
* Strong analytical mindset for solving complex structural engineering problems.
* Demonstrated readiness to mentor and guide junior engineering talent.


Nice to have / Bonus:
* Prior exposure to precast box girders or launching gantries.
