Qualifications
What You’ll Do:

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care and monitor patient progress

Complete accurate assessments and documentation

Administer medications according to physician orders and nursing standards

Assist with treatment plans and respond confidently to medical needs

Use critical thinking and clinical judgment to provide safe, effective care

Collaborate with the healthcare team to support positive patient outcomes
