Infinity Rehab is seeking a Telehealth Speech-Language Pathologist to work PRN Monday, Wednesday and Friday within our therapy team at Yampa Valley Healthcare Center, in Craig, CO.

Responsibilities:
- Provide and direct patient care for adults with a variety of medical conditions including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary
- Provide speech-language services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication and functions under physicians’ orders
Qualifications
Recommended Minimum Position Qualifications:

Master’s degree in speech-language pathology

Certificate of Clinical Competency
-
Current Colorado licensure
-
NetHealth experience
-
One year of experience as a SLP in long-term care
