About the role
Job Description
Join our team as a Procedural Scheduler at our Saint Luke's Plaza location!
- Monday - Friday 8am -430pm or 730am - 4pm
- No Night, No weekends
- Prior healthcare experience is preferred
- Some travel might be required to support Metro ENT clinics as needed
Opportunity:
- Comprehensively coordinates and manages the scheduling for ENT practices.
- Provide effective communication to patients regarding appointment, insurances, and co-pay collections.
- Supports other ENT practices as needed for coverage
- Efficiently and timely manage all EPIC referral work queues for scheduling of incoming patient appointments.
- collets co-pays
- Helps monitor denials
- Manages fax work ques
- Other front desk duties as assigned
