Review customer spec, prints and processing requirements. Report to PE/PM about issues found.
Searching components spec and process requirements from suppliers.
Create SOP/BP and other instructions at products manufactured at Fremont. Document/record Red line, maintain documentation and make document interpretation.
Review labor time at each process of produced items and provide solutions of process improvements.
On-site supports for production lines.
Create SRD (Supplier requested deviations) request if needed.
Design and support fixtures for production.
Sync-up with China manufacturing processes. Final say in document interpretation.
Technically lead Assistant Process Engineer. Train operators are using new or high end equipment. Order and manage equipment and tools if needed.
