Process Engineer (Packing/AVI)

Job Description

Responsible to provide engineering leadership and technical support to meet Company Objectives in Quality, Cost and Delivery. As Process Engineer, you will collaborate with other Depts for new equipment start-up and take leadership on Packaging and Auto VI Process. Support and participate in Automation projects by utilizing technology such as AI, RPA. Power Automate, Software integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive yield, process and cost improvement activities.
• Provide technical support for quality issues by leading or supporting root cause investigations, assessing product and process impact, and collaborate closely with related teams to implement and verify effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Responsible for new equipment or new product set-up for Packaging and AVI process.
• Support and participate in Automation projects by utilizing technology such as AI, RPA. Power Automate, Software integration.
• Develop, maintain, and update technical specifications, documentation (including PFMEA, Control Plans) and equipment’s recipes. 

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Working experience in semiconductor manufacturing or process engineering (Packaging or Auto VI) is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Good project management skills
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and willing to learn new technologies and methodologies

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge in Auto Vision such as Vitrox equipment.
• Familiar in Smart Cameras with AI Learning
• Knowledge in Semiconductor Packaging material
• Knowledge in AI, RPA, Power Automate
