One97 has the widest and largest deployment of telecom applications on cloud platforms in India and has a myriad of VAS services that have helped operators augment their revenue even in complex markets like India, SAARC, Middle East, Africa and many more.
What you'll do
-Own one or more superapp features or modules end to end: problem, roadmap, launch and iteration.
-Drive agentic AI features from concept to launch: define use cases, agent workflows, guardrails and success metrics.
-Write PRDs with clear requirements, edge cases and success metrics.
-Lead client calls and product demos; own the relationship, manage expectations and turn feedback into roadmap.
-Build AI-based prototypes to validate ideas with users and clients before development.
-Maintain the product and define user journeys and wireframes in Figma with the design team Prioritise the backlog and run sprint planning with engineering, design and QA.
-Track product metrics with SQL and dashboards; make data-backed calls.
-Drive UAT and go-live readiness across business, ops and compliance.
-Lead and mentor a team of Product Analysts; set priorities and review their work. Use
-AI tools like Claude and Kimi for PRDs, research, competitive analysis and data work.
What we're looking for
-2–5 years of experience; prior experience in a product role preferred.
-Bachelor's degree from a reputed college.
-Proven product ownership: features you shipped and outcomes you moved.
-Strong client handling, demo and stakeholder management skills.
-Exposure to agentic AI or LLM-powered product features.
-Solid understanding of APIs and system integrations.
-Working knowledge of SQL and Figma.
-Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum.
-Clear, structured communication, written and verbal.
-Regular, hands-on user of AI tools (Claude, Kimi), including for prototyping.
Good to have
-Experience with telecom products or consumer superapps at scale.
-Experience leading a team: setting priorities, mentoring and reviewing the work of analysts or junior PMs.
