WeiXin Group(WXG) is responsible for the construction and operation of the Weixin ecosystem and leveraging Weixin's open platforms such as Official Accounts, Mini Programs, Weixin Pay, WeCom and search function. WXG provides solutions and connectivity for intelligent upgrades across all industries. About the Internship
WeChat’s internships provide paid, full-time opportunities lasting a minimum of 12 weeks. Interns will be mentored by senior members of the WeChat operations team and work hands-on in developing new projects and product features. By the end of the internship, participants will have gained a deep understanding of WeChat’s values, independently executed data-driven projects, and collaborated effectively across multiple departments, including product, engineering, and legal teams.

Job Description
- Identify business problems through data analytics and propose data-driven solutions
- Support the Product Team in analyzing current operational workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements to enhance WeChat's user experience and growth
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to implement process improvements that align with product goals
- Track project progress, identify potential risks, and propose solutions to ensure timely delivery
Who We Look For
Responsibilities
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Strong sense of ownership, customer-oriented mindset, and integrity
- Fast learner and team player with excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Excel and fluency with SQL and Python is a plus
- Prior work or internship experience in the internet industry is preferred
- Require bilingual proficiency as communications and materials are regularly shared in both English and Mandarin with the global and China HQ teams
