  • Data Mapping: Analyze corporate actions events and interfaces across different counterparties, including custodians, market data vendors, and clearing houses. Perform cross-market data mapping for integration into consolidated data model.
  • Cross-functional Execution: Collaborate with development, quality assurance, securities operations, middle office, and compliance teams in driving implementation against overall platform roadmap.

Requirements

  • Industry Experience: 4+ years of product management, business analysis, and/or system development experience in developing corporate actions, custodian, or clearing and settlement systems. Equivalent operational experience in clearing and settlement domains is also accepted.
  • Domain Expertise: Familiarity with different corporate actions event types, election workflows, and processing standards across different securities markets.
  • Market Knowledge: Solid understanding of securities/derivatives markets, and the operational impact from corporate actions settlement.
  • Technical Knowhow: Demontrated ability translating operational painpoints into functional solution and technical implementation. Experience with all stages of a product development or software development lifecycle.
  • Communication: Fluent in English and Mandarin, with experience collaborating with international offices and employees with diverse backgrounds.

  • Understanding of Corporate Action and Post-Trade solutions from industry leaders.
  • Experience with global custodians, such as DTCC, Clearstream, or Euroclear is a plus.

  • Securities license such as FINRA Series 7 or SFC Type 1 is a plus.
  • Interest in leveraging emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Big Data) to drive innovative optimization solutions.
