Join an innovative, fast-growing technology environment transforming how legal professionals access, manage, and leverage institutional knowledge through artificial intelligence. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the market positioning and communication strategy for advanced AI-powered legal technology solutions. You will translate complex technical capabilities into compelling value propositions that resonate with law firms and legal teams. Working closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, you will lead go-to-market initiatives, support product launches, and drive customer adoption. You will also leverage customer insights, market research, and performance data to influence product strategy and strengthen market positioning. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of impactful projects and contribute to the growth of a pioneering deep-tech organization.
Accountabilities:
- Develop and refine compelling product messaging and positioning that clearly communicates the value, capabilities, and competitive advantages of AI-powered legal technology solutions.
- Lead go-to-market strategies and product launches for new features and products, collaborating with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to maximize market impact and customer adoption.
- Act as an internal product advocate and subject matter expert, ensuring teams understand product capabilities, use cases, and customer benefits.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across Product, Marketing, and Commercial departments to ensure strategic alignment and develop effective sales and marketing enablement materials.
- Conduct customer, industry, and market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and opportunities for improved product-market fit.
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize customer feedback and market insights to provide actionable recommendations that inform product development and positioning.
- Translate qualitative and quantitative data into meaningful insights that support strategic decisions and guide product and feature improvements.
- Partner with the Marketing team to develop and execute campaigns promoting new products, features, and updates.
- Define, monitor, and analyze product marketing performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness, measure adoption, and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Use tools such as HubSpot, Figma, Webflow, Linear, and Google Workspace to manage projects, analyze performance, coordinate initiatives, and create marketing content.
- At least 3 years of product marketing experience within B2B SaaS or the broader technology sector, preferably in Legal Tech.
- Approximately 5–8 years of overall professional experience in product marketing, marketing solutions, product management, or product strategy.
- Experience working with complex data-driven, AI-powered, or enterprise software solutions is highly valued.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and customer-focused messaging.
- Strong writing and content development capabilities; candidates should be prepared to share a professional portfolio or writing sample as part of their application.
- Experience conducting customer research, analyzing user behavior, and evaluating industry trends to identify market opportunities.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data, turning findings into actionable recommendations.
- A data-driven mindset, with the ability to make informed decisions based on evidence rather than assumptions.
- Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to delivering projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and content marketing initiatives is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
