About the role
The Role
You will be part of a rapidly expanding company with the ambition to be the world’s preferred mixed signal ASIC partner.
You will support the wider supply chain team by ensuring data accuracy, proactively identifying and escalating potential delays, and helping convert customer demand into effective production plans. The role involves tracking global manufacturing activities (foundries and OSAT partner)s, processing and maintaining information within ERP systems, and coordinating logistics, trade compliance, and international shipments to ensure operational KPIs and customer delivery commitments are consistently achieved.
Your Key Responsibilities
Production, Planning & System Support
- Order Execution: translate demand into production schedules and raise supplier purchase orders (POs) for manufacturing, including pre-production prototype co-ordination.
- Customer Planning: support customer-specific production planning operations.
- Production & Inventory Administration: process production and inventory transactions in the company ERP system, including opening and closing production orders, recording stock movements, receiving goods, and creating delivery notes.
- WIP Tracking: monitor work-in-progress across global foundries and OSAT (assembly/test) partners to mitigate bottlenecks.
- Supplier Management: support the maintenance and updating of the Approved Supplier List (ASL), ensuring supplier records, certifications and approval status are accurate and current.
Logistics, Trade & Compliance
- Global Logistics: coordinate international freight forwarding with premier logistics providers.
- Trade Compliance: classify products under the correct HS codes, ECCN codes, apply the appropriate Incoterms (FCA, CPT, DAP), and prepare accurate shipping and customs documentation for smooth clearance.
Your Key Skills and Experience
Experience & Education
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a coordination, administration, or support role within logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing. Relevant placement year or internship experience will also be considered for strong entry-level candidates.
- Industry Context: experience in electronics, high-tech manufacturing, or engineering is highly desirable, but a background in fast-paced retail or global freight logistics transfers well.
- Education: degree or higher national diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, Business Administration, or an engineering/technical discipline.
Technical Skills & Knowledge
- System Familiarity: basic exposure to an ERP system (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) or a strong aptitude to learn complex enterprise software quickly.
- Excel Fundamentals: intermediate excel skills (ability to use formulas, data filtering, and basic pivot tables to cross-reference data).
- Trade Awareness: foundational understanding of what Incoterms are (FCA, CPT, EXW) and the basic components of a shipping invoice.
Personal Attributes
- Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn, develop new skills, and adapt to changing priorities and challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across cross-functional teams and international stakeholders.
- A proactive and resourceful problem-solver who can work independently, take ownership of tasks, and consistently deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
