Job Description
Production Operator | BD Singapore (Tuas)

At BD, every role contributes to improving the lives of patients around the world. We are looking for motivated and hands-on Production Operators to join our advanced manufacturing facility in Tuas.
What You'll Do
Operate production equipment and monitor machine performance to meet quality and output targets.
Conduct in-process inspections and handle non-conforming products according to quality requirements.
Perform minor troubleshooting, machine adjustments, and product changeovers.
Carry out preventive maintenance and basic machine upkeep.
Record production, downtime, waste, and material information accurately in production systems.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Participate in shift handovers, team meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support production projects, data collection exercises, and equipment enhancement activities.
What We're Looking For
Manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience is advantageous.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Able to follow safety, GMP, and operating procedures.
