The opportunity 

Join Aareon UK as a Professional Services Executive and deliver onboarding and project based services for customers using the Fixflo and Arthur platforms. 

You will support customer implementations, manage configuration tasks and help ensure a smooth handover to Customer Success after go-live. This role combines customer communication, technical learning and structured delivery across each implementation. 

What you'll be doing 

• Manage standard onboarding projects for new customers with guidance. 

• Support configuration, training and testing activities across implementations. 

• Deliver high-quality service in line with agreed project scope and timelines. 

• Maintain detailed project records and status updates. 

• Coordinate with Senior Professional Services colleagues and the Head of Professional Services to support successful outcomes. 

• Provide training and handover to Customer Success Managers and Support where needed. 

What we're looking for 

• Experience in onboarding, training or support within a SaaS environment. 

• Strong organisational and customer-facing communication skills. 

• Confidence learning technical systems and managing tasks independently. 

• A detail focused approach with a strong commitment to quality and follow through. 

Great to have, but not essential 

• Knowledge of housing or property technology. 

• Exposure to Salesforce or project delivery systems. 

• Experience working in a consulting or services team environment.
