The Solution Consulting role involves expertise in configuration, implementation and consulting solution management. Professionals in this role specialize in configuring and programming ERP applications, including building tables, panels, and reports, coding modules, and troubleshooting issues. They oversee consulting solutions, coordinating system integration, product application, process redesign, or technology upgrade projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement solutions and support customer onboarding from a customization perspective.

• Enhance customer solutions through scheduled professional services projects.

• Develop self-service customer training materials with Customer Success Managers (CSMs).

• Maintain project timelines, coordinate resources, and ensure budget compliance.

• Ensure solution implementations meet client expectations and contractual obligations.

Solution Consulting is crucial in ensuring quality and efficiency in solution implementations, meeting client needs within agreed parameters.
