Program Assistant – Adult Day
📍 Location: Stoughton Adult Day Health Center🏢 Address: 966 Park Street Unit B-1 Stoughton MA 02072💰 Wage: $16.00/hour🕐 Schedule: Part-Time | 24 Hours/Week | Monday- Wednesday | 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
No evenings. No on-call shifts!
Join our Adult Day Health Program as a Program Assistant, providing care, activities, and support to individuals in a community-based setting.
Qualifications
⚠️ Before you apply, please be sure you meet the following qualifications:
At least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year supporting seniors or adults with medical/rehabilitative needs
Knowledge of vital signs, weights, and ADLs
Able to pass background checks, physical exam, and TB screening
Compassionate, dependable, and a strong communicator

What You’ll Do
Provide daily care and support to older adults and individuals with rehabilitation needs, dementia, or intellectual and developmental disabilities
Assist with ADLs, brief changes, transfers, and personal care
Support activities, social skills, and independence
Lead musical and recreational activities
