Chimes is hiring an Project Manager to lead our facilities services team at Fort George G. Meade. You’ll run day-to-day operations, lead a team of supervisors, and serve as the main point of contact for our customer. Chimes’ mission is creating employment for people with disabilities, so the team you lead is doing meaningful work every day.
The basics
- $110,000 per year plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus
- Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm, with no weekends
- Requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Veterans and transitioning service members are encouraged to apply. Military leadership experience counts.

What you’ll do
- Lead daily facilities operations and make sure all work meets customer specifications
- Hire, train, evaluate, and develop supervisors and staff
- Run the quality control program, inspections, and corrective actions
- Lead safety training and keep SDS and chemical records current
- Manage schedules, timekeeping, payroll, and supply budgets
- Build strong relationships with facility staff and customer representatives
- Partner with HR, job coaches, and community agencies to support employees with disabilities
What you bring
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph (required)
- Experience supervising or managing a team (military leadership experience is a plus)
- Valid driver’s license held for at least 3 years, and US citizenship
Nice to have: a college degree, CPR/First Aid certification, Spanish/English bilingual skills, and experience with MAXIMO or similar tracking systems, CIMS, or green cleaning.
