About the role
At Diverge Health we are passionate about improving health access and outcomes for those most in need. We partner with primary care providers to improve the engagement and management of their Medicaid patients, offering independent practices with specialized resources and clinical programs to close gaps in care. Our teams work to address medical, social and behavioral patient needs, lowering healthcare costs and improving patient lives. Guided by our core values of humility, continuous learning and feeling the weight, our team is on a mission to strengthen communities from within, unlocking people's ability to live their healthiest lives.
We are looking for a Project Manager, Enterprise Technology to join our team! This is a high-profile role for someone who can keep many moving pieces organized, speak the language of technology teams, and tell leaders the truth about where projects stand. The role sits in Enterprise Technology and Security and reports to the Director of Enterprise Technology and Security.
What you'll do
As the Project Manager, Enterprise Technology, you will play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and delivering our most visible technology projects. That starts with major migrations tied to our integration with Medical Home Network, and as those wrap up, more enterprise technology work will follow. This is a long-term need, and the project list keeps growing.
Key areas you'll add value
- Get oriented quickly on active projects, workstream owners, and stakeholders so you can start driving delivery without slowing the teams already in motion.
- Build and maintain detailed project plans with clear owners, milestones, and dependencies, keeping them current as priorities shift so everyone works from the same picture.
- Run the operating cadence by tracking status, leading working sessions, and surfacing risks and blockers early, driving decisions to closure before they stall the work.
- Own delivery on technically complex work, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Human Resources Information System (HRIS), and Active Directory migrations, systems consolidation, and data and platform migrations.
- Translate between technical teams and business partners so tradeoffs are clear and nothing stalls in handoff.
- Give leadership honest, timely updates, including when a project is behind or at risk, so decisions are made with the full picture.
- Deliver clear, executive-ready materials for steering committee and leadership reviews that reduce the burden on leaders rather than adding to it.
What you'll bring
- 3 to 5+ years of project management experience in a technology environment.
- Comfort with technical conversations, including enough fluency to follow what is being discussed in the room, even though you will not be doing the technical work.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel without dropping details.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Smartsheet.
- PMP certification preferred, and Agile certification a plus.
- Ability to stay steady under pressure on high-visibility work.
Preferred experience
- Experience with ERP, HRIS, or identity and directory migrations.
- Healthcare or health tech experience.
- Experience supporting mergers or integrations.
- Comfort with complexity, interdependencies, and incomplete information.
Who we're looking for
- Flexible and quick to adapt when priorities change.
- Detail oriented and organized, with a steady hand on the small things that keep big projects on track.
- Skilled at explaining technical topics in plain language.
- Someone who takes a project and runs with it, and asks for input when it counts.
- Willing to speak up, sharing your reasoning clearly and respectfully if you think a decision is a bad idea, and staying engaged and committed when leaders go a different direction.
- A person who earns trust through follow-through.
