Project Manager Products and Solutions - Engineering Senior Coordinator

Our Burnfoot plant and offices manufactures low and medium voltage electrical switchgear, busbar systems, and modular power solutions.

As team Administrator you will provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the project management team to ensure smooth running of the team day to day

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Project Managers on assigned projects and tasks.
• Assist with organising project files and engineering documentation for easy reference.
• Data Entry
• Assist in preparing and formatting project documentation
• Generate shipping requests to client site
• Update trackers with the latest information provided by PM's or production teams.
• Assist with generating shipping requests and coordinating deliveries when requested.
• Archive closed project documentation in line with company procedures.
  
  Qualifications/Skills
• Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and manage routine tasks independently.

• MS Office Suit
• Oracle (desirable)
