Project Team Sales Manager

• 重点客户管理;
  直接负责南方电网的业务;通过CRM系统管理关键客户;推动销售机会转化;并协调售后服务工作。
• 项目投标与执行;
  主导电力行业的项目投标工作;确保项目从跟踪到交付的全流程顺利推进。
• 渠道开发与管理;
  开发新的渠道合作伙伴;并深化现有经销商在电力公用事业和铁路领域的合作关系。
• 团队管理与赋能;
  领导并赋能两名团队成员;上海、北京;通过日常管理和专业辅导提升团队整体能力。
• 业务策略与创新;
  结合行业趋势;制定并执行创新的业务策略;推动业务持续增长。
• 跨区域协同;
  协调全国范围内的资源;确保团队在重大项目上的高效协作。

• 教育背景;
  电力、电气工程或电力设备相关专业本科及以上学历。
• 工作经验;
  1. 至少10年以上电力行业工作经验;熟悉国家电网、南方电网及铁路系统的业务模式。
  2. 具备电力行业项目投标经验;熟悉招投标流程及关键成功因素。
  3. 具备团队管理经验;曾带领小型团队或负责大区域销售管理工作。
