About the role
***MUST LIVE IN GEORGIA/SOUTH CAROLINA***
95% Travel within GA/SC
he Property Onboarding Specialist is responsible for working directly with the Regional Manager and the Community Staff to promote and meet the overall goals of owned and third-party communities during a lease-up for new and existing developments. This position is knowledgeable on various government programs and guides each property to maintain all requirements under their allotted agencies.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal program requirements and procedures to include, but not limited to, USDA RD, HUD and LIHTC Program compliance.
- Proven ability to formulate, document, and implement formal policies and procedures.
- Proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent responsibilities and adapt to constantly changing priorities to meet established timelines.
- Proven ability to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
- Proven ability to demonstrate intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proven ability to coach, lead, and supervise multiple Direct Reports.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Fair Housing Amendments Act of 1988, Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1974, and Landlord/Tenant Laws.
