Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer (Python) to join our AI Innovation Team.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and maintainable Python applications.
- Contribute to software architecture and technical design discussions.
- Write clean, well-tested, and documented code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and promote high engineering standards.
- Integrate, test, debug, and maintain applications across multiple environments.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to transform business requirements into technical solutions.
- Support feature estimation, prioritization, and technical improvements.
- Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and security issues.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in engineering processes, tooling, and development practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience with Python development.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
- Experience with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or similar.
- Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and software integration patterns.
- Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Understanding of software testing practices, including unit and integration testing.
- Fluent English
