Job Description Summary
Job Description
- Prepare cost estimates, tender submissions, quotations, and budgets.
- Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and tender documents.
- Monitor project costs, revenue, and gross margins.
- Prepare progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts.
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations, claims, and payments.
- Manage contractual matters, commercial risks, and cost recovery.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare commercial reports.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Support M&E, FM, A&A, and ad-hoc projects with cost and contract management.
