The Role

We're looking for a proactive and passionate Recruiter to help attract, engage, and hire top talent across our business. You'll partner closely with hiring managers, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience from sourcing to offer.

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
• Source and engage candidates through multiple channels.
• Conduct screening interviews and assess candidate fit.
• Partner with hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate interviews and manage stakeholder communication.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports.
• Ensure hiring processes are followed and compliance requirements are met.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of recruitment experience.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Experience using ATS and recruitment tools.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
