Overview
Prestige Fleet Services performs onsite truck and trailer maintenance and repairs. We understand today’s fleet maintenance demands. We offer a competitive compensation package with excellent benefits. We are looking for a Regional Billing Coordinator. The Regional Billing Coordinator plays a vital role by overseeing all aspects of invoicing and billing regarding the company’s fleet maintenance services. This position is responsible for managing and handling the billing for a region. Creating invoices, credit memos, update accounting records, customer information, and send payment reminders. They deal with customers, send the customers invoices, and answer any inquiries. This position is remote.
Responsibilities
- Manage direct billing for a region
- Assisting with department improvements and process implementation
- Handles escalated billing concerns regarding customers, technicians and managers
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience with a high school diploma.
- 2-5 years’ experience in billing, accounts receivables or payables.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong decision-making and analytical skills
- Strong organization skills and Ability to multitask
- Proficiency in MS office Suite (Word Excel. PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience working with FullBay software Preferred

Salary information: $50K Annually. Pay is commensurate with experience
