Coverage Area: Tampa Palms, New Tampa, Arbor Greene, Cory Lake Isles / Northeast Hillsborough County, FL 33647
(Territories designed to minimize drive time with clustered scheduling)
Compensation & Earning Potential
- Pay-per-visit model: $45–$50 per visit + Medicare differential pay
- Average full-time earnings: $85K+ annually
- Mileage reimbursement

Your Role as a Home Health Registered Nurse
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Provide skilled nursing care and patient education
- Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Complete documentation using streamlined, AI-assisted tools

Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Home health experience preferred, but not required
