Job Opportunity: Observation Nurse
Location: Boulder City Hospital
Position Type: Per Diem
Essential Functions:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
Provide direction and supervision to nursing team members.
Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment.
Effectively communicate with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Perform physical tasks including lifting, walking, carrying, and standing as needed.
Requirements:
Active RN license in the state of Nevada (or eligibility for licensure).
BLS/ACLS Required
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
Commitment to quality patient care and teamwork.
