Morris Health Services is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our NOC Shift nursing team!

As a NOC Shift RN, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive exceptional care, comfort, and support throughout the night. Join a collaborative team where your clinical expertise, leadership, and commitment to resident-centered care truly make a difference.

What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate, individualized nursing care during overnight shifts.

• Assess and monitor residents' health and respond promptly to changes in condition.

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.

• Respond to resident needs and nursing emergencies using sound clinical judgment.

• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.

• Provide guidance and support to nursing assistants and other nursing staff.

• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate important updates during shift transitions.

• Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and well-being.

What We're Looking For

• Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota or valid authority to practice in Minnesota.

• Current CPR/BLS certification.

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills.

• Ability to work independently and provide leadership during overnight shifts.

• Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care.

• Availability to work full-time NOC shifts, including rotating weekends.
