We currently have an opportunity to join East Suffolk Council's Safe Suffolk Renters team as a Regulatory Compliance Officer.
The role:
Our Regulatory Compliance Officer role combines administrative and investigative skills. The aim of the role is to support the private sector housing team to pro-actively improve the condition of private rented properties in East Suffolk. This role will become increasingly important as the provisions of the Renters Rights Act are embedded, particularly the Private Rented Sector database. You will hold your own workload, alongside studying for a Level 4 Regulatory Compliance apprenticeship.
