Rent A Car Driver – Dubai

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and customer-oriented Rent A Car Driver to support daily car rental operations, including vehicle delivery, collection, transfers, and basic administrative coordination.

The candidate should have good knowledge of UAE roads, safe driving practices, and the ability to coordinate effectively with customers, fleet teams, and management.

Key Responsibilities

Driving & Fleet Operations

• Drive rental vehicles for customer pick-up, drop-off, delivery, and recovery.
  

• Transfer vehicles between branches, garages, and customer locations.
  

• Ensure vehicles are clean, fuelled, and ready for rental.
  

• Report accidents, vehicle damage, or mechanical issues immediately.
  

• Follow UAE traffic regulations and company safety policies.
  

• Assist with vehicle inspections and damage reporting.
  

• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, cleaning, and servicing.
  

Customer Service & Administration

• Prepare and verify rental agreements, delivery notes, and vehicle condition reports.
  

• Update vehicle status in the rental management system.
  

• Handle customer enquiries and assist with basic booking coordination.
  

• Collect customer documents as per company policy.
  

• Maintain daily vehicle movement records and operational logs.
  

• Assist with basic billing, invoice preparation, and payment follow-ups when required.
  

• Support fleet scheduling and daily operational planning.
  

• Ensure compliance with RTA, insurance, and company procedures.
  

Requirements

• Previous experience as a driver or in Rent A Car operations.
  

• Good knowledge of UAE roads, locations, and routes.
  

• Basic computer knowledge, including email, Excel, and rental management systems.
  

• Good communication skills in English.
  

• Arabic language skills will be an advantage.
  

• Customer-service-oriented attitude.
  

• Basic knowledge of vehicle inspection and damage reporting.
  

• Ability to work under pressure and flexible working hours.
  

• Experience in the luxury car rental industry is preferred.
  

• Immediate joiners preferred.
