Position Details

• Position: Resident Assistant
• Location: Dove Healthcare-1333 Memorial Dr, Barron, WI 54812
• Employment Status: Part-Time
• Shift: NOC: 10:00pm - 6:00am and PM 2:00pm - 10:00pm and 5:00pm - 9:00pm

What You'll Do

As a Resident Assistant, you'll play an important role in supporting the daily needs of our residents and helping them feel comfortable, cared for, and at home. Join our team and make a difference-one helping hand, one connection, and one resident at a time!

• Support the daily needs of our residents
• Provide personal cares with compassion and respect
• Administer medications as directed and in accordance with applicable regulations
• Encourage and support resident participation in recreation and facility activities
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and help create a welcoming, supportive environment

What We're Looking For

• No previous healthcare experience? No problem! Our paid training program will provide you with the skills, knowledge, and confidence you need to succeed
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work every other weekend and every other holiday
