ABOUT YOU:
- No formal experience necessary
- Need to be able to use handtools effectively
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
- Good communication skills
- Punctuality and professionalism are essential
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Self-motivated, honest, ethical, and strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Pay is based on experience, the typical range of $18-25 per hour with a bonus available. Bonus average is $3 - $5 per hour
JOB DUTIES
- Runs routine maintenance on residential gas furnaces, electric furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioning units, ductless mini-splits, duct work, etc.
- Communicate with team members, read plans, and perform other related duties
- Comply with company and industry safety standards
- Participate in company-provided trainings
- Must be able to read and use a tape measure
- Must be comfortable setting up and working on ladders
- Work at heights, in attics, under homes, and small areas such as crawl spaces
- Ability to work in varying environmental conditions
- Lift up to 100lbs
