Restaurant Assistant Manager

A Nation's Assistant Manager will:

• Demonstrate ability to perform all managerial tasks.
• Help manager achieve restaurant goals.
• Help restaurant maintain 70-80-80 execution standards.
• Meet quality and customer service satisfaction standards.
• Effectively hire, coach, train and promote employees.
• Train crew members to meet all company standards.

All Nation's Restaurant Workers will be trained and expected to do all of the following:

• Cashiering
• Cooking
• Preping
• Busing
• Janitorial
