Restaurant Manager - Marriott Crabtree Raleigh, NC

Concord Hospitality is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our food and beverage team, delivering exceptional guest experiences while meeting operational and financial goals. This role ensures quality, consistency, and service excellence in all areas of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead restaurant operations to deliver exceptional guest service, food quality, and overall dining experience.

• Train, coach, and develop team members while maintaining high performance and service standards.

• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings and support ongoing staff development and engagement.

• Monitor restaurant performance, provide feedback, and manage employee evaluations.

• Partner with the Chef to ensure food quality, presentation, and timely service.

• Manage beverage programs, inventory, purchasing, and cost controls to achieve financial goals.

• Support budgeting, sales growth, marketing initiatives, labor management, and revenue generation opportunities.

Pay Range $49,000-$61,000
