As a Restoration Supervisor, you'll lead a crew of technicians on emergency response jobs that bring order to chaos. What You'll Do as a Restoration Supervisor:

Oversee restoration jobs and lead a team of techs through water, fire, mold, and storm damage projects

Set the tone with customers-manage expectations, maintain communication, and ensure satisfaction

Perform and supervise jobsite work (this is a labor-intensive role)

Monitor safety, enforce safety protocols, and protect your team and our customers

Ensure accurate, detailed documentation for every job (photos, notes, equipment logs)

Maintain equipment, vehicles, and supply usage to minimize waste and maximize efficiency

Train, coach, and mentor team members to help them grow
What You Bring:
-
Experience in restoration, mitigation, or construction preferred

Strong leadership and communication skills

Valid driver's license + clean background

IICRC certifications = bonus, but we'll help you get there

Able to lift 50+ lbs regularly (sometimes 100 lbs with assistance)

Comfortable with crawlspaces, ladders, and working in tough conditions

Tech-friendly-able to use mobile apps, documentation software, and digital forms

Willing to respond to after-hours calls when needed
