About the role
Retail Attendant
Join our hospitality team as a Retail Attendant and help create a welcoming, memorable experience for our guests. You’ll maintain an attractive and well-stocked Gift Shop while providing friendly, knowledgeable service and assisting guests with their purchases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide helpful, personalized service.
- Maintain clean, organized, and attractive merchandise displays.
- Restock and organize merchandise and assist with inventory.
- Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash responsibly.
- Answer questions about products, pricing, and resort amenities.
- Assist guests in finding merchandise and ensure purchases are neatly packaged.
- Follow safety and security procedures to protect guests, associates, and merchandise.
