POSITION SUMMARY

The Junior / Production Designer supports the Premium Sales and Experiences team with creative production, sales materials, and event marketing materials. This role will develop and execute visual assets across partner campaigns, digital, social, email, and events. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects while maintaining strong brand consistency.

This role reports to the Marketing Director of Premium Sales and Experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary duties include, but are not limited to:

Sales and Partner Materials

• Create partner marketing materials including one-sheets, sales decks, presentations, digital ads, social assets, and email creative.
• Build and format PowerPoint presentations and sales enablement materials.
• Develop and maintain Canva templates and marketing collateral.

Event Creative

• Create marketing collateral for bowl games, sporting events, and other partner activations.
• Develop event-specific creative including signage, digital screens, presentations, and promotional materials.

Project Management

• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Events, teams to execute creative projects on time and on brand.
• Manage creative revisions, approvals, files, and production deliverables.

Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 1–3 years of experience in design, creative production, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Canva and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud; advanced Adobe expertise is not required.
• Strong eye for layout, typography, presentation, and brand consistency.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Comfortable taking creative direction and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with sports, events, partnerships, or experiential marketing is a plus.
• Portfolio demonstrating design and creative production skills preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods at event sites
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Office environment
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, or multi-day work assignments around events
