About the role
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Revenue Enablement Specialist based in the United States.
This is an opportunity for a hands-on enablement professional to strengthen the performance and productivity of Sales and Account Management teams. You will take ownership of designing and delivering practical onboarding and continuous learning programs that help employees ramp up faster and drive sustainable revenue growth. Combining structured training with live practice, field observation, and individual coaching, you will turn commercial priorities into actionable skills. You will work closely with Sales, Account Management, and Revenue Operations leaders to identify capability gaps and improve execution. As an individual contributor, you will have the autonomy to build programs from the ground up and measure their impact on team readiness, customer engagement, and business results.
Accountabilities:
-
Audit and redesign existing Sales and Account Management onboarding materials, creating structured, role-specific programs with live practice, field observation, and readiness certification.
-
Design, launch, and personally facilitate ongoing training for existing employees across prospecting, discovery, product demonstrations, negotiation, product knowledge, customer economics, account planning, retention, expansion, and beverage sales growth.
-
Conduct field visits to observe customer interactions, coach practical selling and account management skills, and identify development opportunities.
-
Partner with Sales and Account Management managers to assess skill gaps, develop targeted training initiatives, and provide coaching resources while leaving individual performance accountability with functional managers.
-
Own and continuously improve the training curriculum, onboarding resources, continuing education calendar, and enablement knowledge base.
-
Collaborate with functional leaders to develop and maintain effective Sales and Account Management playbooks.
-
Translate new menus, products, pricing structures, tools, and commercial processes into clear, practical training that employees can apply in the field.
-
Work with Revenue Operations to track proficiency, onboarding progress, program adoption, ramp time, and relevant productivity improvements.
-
Support onboarding targets of independent selling readiness within 30 days and full productivity within 90 days, while accounting for territory and pipeline conditions.
-
Help improve sales conversion, employee productivity, customer success development, and overall revenue team effectiveness through consistent training and enablement.
-
5+ years of relevant commercial experience, including direct sales or account management experience.
-
Demonstrated success designing, developing, and delivering training, onboarding, or revenue enablement programs.
-
Strong live facilitation and field coaching skills, with the ability to build credibility among frontline sales representatives and account managers.
-
Experience creating practical learning programs from the ground up, including workshops, role-playing exercises, field coaching sessions, and concise job aids.
-
Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies, customer growth strategies, and account development practices.
-
Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM, as well as interpreting sales performance data.
-
Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
-
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and translate business needs into effective learning experiences.
-
Experience in restaurant technology, foodservice, multi-location businesses, or physical products is a plus, but not required.
-
Willingness to travel into the field to observe customer interactions and support employee development.
-
Ability to work remotely while collaborating effectively with teams and stakeholders across the organization.
-
Candidates should be based in the U.S. Midwest or Eastern region.
-
Annual salary range of $100,000–$105,000.
-
