Location: Yesterland Farm – Canton, TX
Job Type: Seasonal / Part-Time
Schedule: Weekends, holidays, and select weekdays during seasonal events (Fall, Christmas, Spring)

Position Overview:
We’re looking for friendly and safety-conscious individuals to join our team as Ride Operators. If you age 16 or older, love working outdoors, engaging with families, and making sure everyone has a safe and unforgettable experience, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Operate rides safely and efficiently according to training and guidelines
- Greet guests with a warm, friendly attitude and provide clear instructions for riding
- Monitor guest behavior and enforce safety rules at all times
- Assist guests with boarding, securing safety restraints, and exiting rides
- Conduct safety checks before and during operation of rides
- Maintain a clean, organized ride area and report any maintenance concerns
- Support crowd control and line management during busy times
- Work closely with other team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be at least 16 Years of Age.
- A positive, guest-first attitude with a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to follow detailed safety instructions and procedures
- Good communication and situational awareness skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift/move items up to 25 lbs
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and peak event days (especially during Fall Festival & Christmas Carnival)
Previous ride operation experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll provide full training!
