Job Description
Experience of working in risk mitigation function preferably in an online business
Strong written in verbal and written communication
Basic knowledge of MS Office applications
Experience in handling customer queries through different mediums.
Knowledge of customer due diligence, KYC, and anti-money laundering
Ability to collaborate and work with cross functional teams across different locations.
Flexible to work in 24*7 rotational shifts
Qualifications
- Background in risk mitigation, preferably within an online business.
- Knowledge of customer due diligence, Know Your Customer controls and anti-money laundering requirements.
- Background handling customer queries through different channels.
- Ability to work 24/7 rotational shifts.
