About the role
- Relationship & Portfolio Support
- Partner with RMs to manage and nurture relationships with top-tier corporate clients and conglomerates.
- Serve as a secondary point of contact for day-to-day client operational needs and inquiries.
- Coordinate with product specialists (Cash, Trade, Treasury & Markets) to support cross-selling and revenue growth.
- Credit & Loan Administration
- Assist in preparing Credit Memo/ Annual Reviews in line with relevant policies.
- Coordinate end-to-end loan drawdowns, facility setup, and documentation with CCU and Loan Operations.
- Monitor portfolio health, including credit utilization, past-dues, covenant tracking, and temporary deviations.
- Onboarding & Compliance
- Execute rigorous KYC, CDD, and AML checks for new onboarding and periodic reviews.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal compliance, risk controls, and regulatory requirements.
- MIS & Administration
- Maintain accurate tracking of pipeline, revenue performance, and portfolio reports.
- Assist with audit checklists, self-assessments, and administrative workflows.
