About the role
About the Opportunity
As a Rollback Driver at EMR, you’ll play an important role in transporting vehicles, containers, parts, and other materials. You’ll primarily run local routes throughout Minnesota while ensuring safe and reliable transportation.
Key Responsibilities
Equipment type: Rollback and straight truck
Transport vehicles from customer accounts, auctions, and customer properties
Haul containers, parts, batteries, and miscellaneous materials between accounts and EMR locations
Physically secure loads and assist with unloading materials as needed
Receive dispatch information and manage load details using company systems
Maintain regular communication with yard staff and dispatch
Assist with other duties as needed
Qualifications
Valid Class B CDL
General knowledge of state and federal motor carrier regulations
General knowledge of truck and trailer mechanics
Strong commitment to safety, dependability and customer service
Ability to operate equipment safely and handle materials as needed
Experience operating rollback or straight trucks
Experience driving in both rural and metro areas
Compensation and Benefits
Monday – Friday, 7:00am-5:00pm (no nights or weekends)
$20-24 per hour, full-time, year-round
PTO and 9 paid company holidays
